As a mathematics major, one of Nici’s best skillsets is her knowledge about numbers. So, when she looked at the Plexus compensation plan, she knew the Plexus opportunity was something she was interested in pursuing. This wife and mother-of-four was raised in a small town believing that everyone was her friend and family, which she feels have helped her be more confident in networking and knowing people even today.
