Ingredients

1-2 scoops Plexus Lean™
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional: soak in milk overnight)
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 handful baby spinach leaves
½ cup ice

Directions
