Fuel Your Body Lean Protein Pancakes Recipe

Lean Protein Pancakes

(Serves 1, approx. 3 pancakes)

Ingredients:

-2 scoops of Plexus Lean Vanilla

-1 tablespoon flour

-1/8 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 cup milk

-1 large egg

-1/4 cup chopped fruit (optional) 

-Non-stick spray or coconut oil

Directions: In a bowl, combine Plexus Lean, flour, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and egg. Add wet ingredients to dry, and whisk until blended. Heat a pan over medium heat and coat with non-stick spray or coconut oil.  Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan to form pancakes until all batter is used. Let cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Note: You can mix 1/4 cup of chopped fruit into the batter before cooking if desired.
